Bank Service Management
Company owners that do not reside in The Netherlands cannot apply for a Dutch IBAN. Use our own IBAN (designated only for your company) on your Bol.com seller accounts for a small monthly fee. You can opt for bi-weekly or monthly pay outs along with invoices at your convenience.

A virtual office is a legal address that will be registered directly to your B.V. upon establishment. We work with virtual offices that provide post scanning services to ensure that all letters received for your company can be directly accessed by you any time anywhere.

All B.V.s are obliged to register for an account to file their taxes. This has to be done with a third party provider and requires additional documents to be signed as well as a verification process. All B.V.'s are obliged to file taxes every quarter (four times annually).
