SOAKD is a young brand that innovates the luxurious bath cosmetic industry. After noticing a trend of bath users wanting a new experience outside of regular bath bombs, the founders (also from the parent company Webbie) wanted to bring bath powders to the EU market. However, they had no idea how to approach a project this big which has a huge focus and positioning towards branding.
The largest problems that they faced was finding a supplier to work with which conformed to all EU regulations and standards, as well as, providing the ultimate customer experience from purchase to use. Additionally, they needed a unique selling point when there are many other established competitors in today's market which already have a huge customer base. Hence, SOAKD reached out to us to broaden and expand their knowledge surrounding branding, marketing, and positioning their brand at the forefront of luxurious bath cosmetic products.

We decided to first introduce the brand by stepping into the market for bathbombs. Through this, potential customers could familiarise themselves with the SOAKD brand and the luxurious experience that comes with it. After selling out an entire shelf worth of bathbombs within the span of 1,5 months, SOAKD gained the confidence to introduce their bath powders.
To achieve such a feat in such a small amount of time, we helped them find the correct supplier that met the objectives and the goals of the company. We also made sure that the suppliers were fans of the mission and vision of SOAKD. We also helped the brand design the contents of the packaging, design the box packaging itself, and the customer journey from receiving the product to soaking in the bath with the powder.
Once the product was listed, SOAKD experienced high demand and customers returning for their second and third purchases. Currently, they are looking to expand and grow outwards towards retail stores.
