Allure Retail Connect B.V. is a company established by Chinese owners who wanted to dip their foot into the Dutch market. Initially, they were interested in the All In One Brand solution, however, decided that they wanted full control over their business and Bol.com seller account. Therefore, after a few meetings, we helped them establish their own private limited company. 

The biggest problems that they had was that being from abroad, they did not understand the process of being a registered seller on Bol.com and that there were many process involved such as having to establish a company in The Netherlands. This meant that they had to reach out to several parties just to get the slightest knowledge of how everything works together.

Additionally, not having a strong proficiency in English made it extremely difficult for them to find a company that was able to fulfil their requests. Also, since they resided abroad, there were challenges and legal issues with not being able to open up a Dutch bank account for company purposes which meant that they had no way to receive income from Bol.com sales.
