Saphira Bedding is a physical retail store established in one of the biggest cities in The Netherlands, Rotterdam. The owner of the store experienced heavy workload due to constantly having to manage a store and their stock. Additionally, the owner was struggling to find ways to grow their store as it was limited to ad results and returning customers.
Initially, the owner was skeptical about the entire process as it seemed to good to be true (based on the results of their peers). The owner also lacked the fundamental knowledge about the entire online space as they were very focussed on their physical retail store. Another issue that the owner experienced was that running a physical retail store took a lot of time and money. On top of simply selling their products, they had also had to deal with suppliers, marketing, store management, high fixed and variable costs.
The owner was making a decent amount of sales through their own store but they also heard from their own network that there was potential to have another source of revenue which was in the online space. Thus, they reached out to one of our founders asking if they could learn about how to get started on Bol.

We tailored 7 different lessons that we taught to the owner which lasted around 10-12 hours in total. Due to their curiosity and questions, the lessons were more insightful than even we imagined. These lessons were spread out over the course of a month and was structurally designed to allow the owner to learn and implement the knowledge gained from the lessons right after they ended. The lessons were perfectly built so that by the time the next lesson started, the individual was in the right place to learn the next steps and implement it right after.
Before we began the lessons, the owner had their own existing product listings but it contained the bare minimum amount of product photos and description. But through our lessons, they learned how to create meaningful and effective product photos with Dutch texts using generic images from their suppliers or the internet. They also learned how to utilise different tools like ChatGPT and Canva to their advantage when creating product photos and descriptions. This allowed them to grow their store significantly within an extremely short amount of time.
Because of our 24/7 support, the client also felt super comfortable with reaching out to us about anything at any time and even gave us access to their own Bol.com seller account to provide feedback and tips on how they can maximise their sales, revenue, and ad results.
